Can anyone recommend a natural air neutraliser/deo

doriser? I don't have an extractor fan so my cooking smells spread throughout the house and stick to everything including my clothes. I've tried one from the eco shop and a couple from the supermarket but they don't work.

I have prchased special candles used when cooking & they definitely take the smell away. Otherwise the solid Neutra-Dor purchased from some Supeermarkets are good. Hard to find now because apparently they are used in the manufacture of some illicit drug.
