hello, im trying to get an idea of what a private chef offering cooking lessons as an external provider to agencies should be charging.....have any of you had experience of this? or what would you consider a fair price to pay per hour? thanks!

What sort of agenies are you thinking of?Training Providers?Or individuals?One-on-one or groups?

We have run cooking classes through our cookware store, using an outside provider who charged $95 per person, this was a three course meal and around four hours with the meal eaten at the end of the class. The classes were held outside the store at the chef's home.
