I love them , as a kid we had a huge patch behind the laundry and Mum made the most delicious soup , mmmn tasted bit like oyster soupbut smoothgod I wish I had somenow , must get some to grow !

any ideas on how to cook, or use them! i don't even know what sort of flavour they have!
