I marinate mine in soy sauce or tamari and garlic for around 30 mins, then add it in with sauteed onion,brocolli florets,carrot, bean sprouts, capsicum, mushrooms, baby corn etc.

I cut it into strips and marinate in honey/soy/garlic or sweet chilli/ginger for a couple of hours or more.Then fry until brown, probably 2mins each side.I love it in stir frys too and in salads or wraps for lunch.Yum!

Marinate it by mixing together minced garlic,minced ginger, honey, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and some white wine.Pour marinade into a ziplock bag, add cubed tofu (firm type) and leave to marinate for a few hours in fridge. Stir fry with vegetables and use marinade to make a sauce, serve with steamed rice or couscous.
