Morning, can anyone tell me if hubby and I are allowed to drink coffee on optifast . We are certainly drinking loads of water!

to be honest I don't really know. When I used optifast I still had tea black no sugar. I don't drink coffee but if I did I would of had it black with no sugar. Have a look on the optifast web site,I'm sure you will find the answer there

From memory, you should cut down on caffeine intake - doesn't worry me cos I am lucky if I have 1 coffee a week.Fabulous to drink lots of water.I usually go through 3 litres a day.
