Im making bulk meat pasta sauce for the freezer, I have some cottage cheese with chives that needs to be used - can I add it to the mincey mixture?. Will it split when reheated?

I have put it in that type of sauce before, havent frozen and reheated though. Just reheat gently. If it does split, it wont change the taste, just mix it all up, THEY wont notice.

I use CC in lasagna that I freeze and never had a problem in 30 years, great stuff
