do you have on the top when cooking something in the oven. I have a great sausage recipe, which i have made for the past 30 years in the same dish, covering with tinfoil. Latelythe dish seems to take almost x2 to cook properly. Is it the tin foil......and which side should be on top. Does tin foil stop the top of the dish cooking ??
