Have a new oven.....If using Fan Grill to cook chicken pieces should door be closed or ajar? Also should you place at top of oven or to wards bottom? Did a google but still uncertain......

On my oven, the door is closed for fan grill and the tray is towards the top but not as high as normal grill.
