Can someone advise me on how to make herbal teas. I have grown lemon balm and lemon verbena and would like to try and make dh a fresh herbal tea. Do I have to dry the leaves first or if not how many leaves would i use to make a decent drink do I boil the leaves or do I soak them in boiling water thanks in advance

Hi fogs, you can use the fresh leaves...just grab a handful and steep them in boiled water for about 6-8 minutes , depending on how strong a tea you want to brew will determine how many you use and how long you brew them for.
