Can I use these to make chocolate fondant puddings? Or what sort of moulds do you use? TIA

You can use a dariole mould, pudding cup or ramekin.

Thanks cooks, any idea/best place to buy? want them to have that pudding shape, and hopefully the nice gooey center "crosses fingers"

I got my pudding cups from Moore Wilson, they have that lovely pudding shape. The ones I have are the BIA range. You should be able to get them through most cookware stores. They have wee ridges on the outside and are wider at the mottom than at the top.
