Hints on drying Parsley

Does anyone know how to dry parsley.

Perhaps you could try putting it in the microwave and zapping it a few minutes at a time till it's how you want it. I pick mine throw it in a plastic bag in the freezer and just get out what I want at the time for fresh parsley.Maybe dry it in a warm dry spot by tying branches together and hanging it upside down? I'm sure someone will have some good ideas on drying it.

Oops should have said freezer stuff only suitable for cooking not for garnish.

Don't. It loses it's flavour. better to freeze it. Chop it first, then freeze.

I do both, freeze and microwave, I reckon freezing is a little better

Freeze in freezer bag!You don't even have to chop it up first.When it is frozen it just crumbs.
