Would like to help the grandchildren do a hangi outside next week, any suggestions to making it as easy as poss for them (we will dig hole and do bits that are beyond them). Can we do it with food in tin foil plates, not authentic I know but probably easiest to manage, thanks

short answer-yes you can use tin foil plates
