Just use it instead of any other pasta-like maccaroni

This is amazing and so easy!
Fiona's Chicken and Rosemary Pasta Bake

4 chicken thighs (boneless and skinless) or 1 cup cooked chicken
375g Light Carnation Milk
2 tsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
1 tbsp cornflour
1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
300g penne pasta
1/2 bag spinach

Optional Additions:
Spring onions
Garlic

1. Cook pasta and drain.
2. Fry chicken thighs (or shred chicken if using cooked chicken)
3. Mix milk, cheese and cornflour (and any other additions)
4. Stir this mixture through pasta and add spinach and chicken.
5. Bake at 180c until bubbly - may pay to cover, some of the pasta on top goes crunchy.

This might work with salmon too, with maybe some mushrooms instead of the rosemary.

Thanks for the ideas

Probably too simple, I like making a sauce of cooked frozen peas, butter, cream and lots of Parmesan or Peccorino cheese and freshly gound black pepper.
