PEARS - tiny ones what to do with them?

I have picked 3 shopping bags full of these baby pears they look so cute but honestly I would hate to have to peel them as there would be t much left LOL!!! Any ideas on bottling them or something? I could cut and get the seeds out but thats about it I guess any ideas please would be fab even an idea for the freezer would be great.

Oh they are like a small plum size e.g 1 mouthful per pear sort of thing

core them and grate them into muffins!! Have a pre mix of cinnomin and sugar and sprinkle on top before placing them in the oven too!

Basic Muffin Mix
Bowl 1
4 tsp BP
2 C flour
3/4 C Sugar

Bowl 2
1/2 C Oil
1 C Milk
1 egg

Add bowl 1 to bowl 2.
Just mix.
200 for approx 15 mins
Add cocoa, friut etc as you wish:)

would love to be able to bottle them or something I guess I could poach them with s\kin on them.

Feed them to the kune - then eat him later!

Just do that - take the cores out, stew them and put them in the freezer.You won't worry about the tough skins later on in the winter when you're short of fruit.

I saw a cake recipe recently that used whole baby pears,complete with stalks baked into the top of the cake.Could have been in the Listener or perhaps one of the Sunday papers.
