He's brilliant! Have a look at his dvd if you can. Opens up your mind to possibilities eg cooking rice pudding in condoms to make fake sausages for dessert.

i watched his xmas special last year,where he re-created an old time feast,my goodness,it was quite fascinating.

He is doing a dinner at Cape Kidnappers ( the lodge there)...thta would be a fab one to attend.
The program with the plum also had pate in a fruit jell as madarines, and grapes.I think it could be done even perhaps with bought pate, and I'd love to try it.
