courgettes, mushrooms, tomato, onions, beans etc mixed with some water salt and pepper and some tomato paste. Or fill with mince!

then what do you do with them. are you talking about the little orange/cream stripped things. i have 2 and cant remember what the lady (in another town I bought them) told me to do. I am sure she said something about brown sugar. they are just sitting on the bench and I want to do something with them
