hoisin, fish, soy, oyster sauces plus coriander and basil, i want to make a stir fry tonight but im not sure how much of each i should put in to make a suace

damn just discovered theres nosoy sauce, so made sauce of oyster hoisin fish with basil leaves and thai seasoning, is this gonna be ok? im not a cook unless it comes out of a packet i have no idea what to do. lol
