Mum had one at a cafe recently- they had vegetarian and other one offer and thought what a cool idea for lunches, Obviously made in muffin pans. Have googles but no luck. Does anybody make something similar they would share?

Dont make them, link says you can use other pasta's might help.
Have you tried the bread cases in muffin tins with filllings, great for lunches and you can freeze as well.
