I have one but have yet to use it. I bought it to do things like zucchini spirals to take place of spaghetti when we have meatballs. The MOTH is strictly low carb.

I have the Paderno World Cuisine spiralizer and it's great! I have used zucchini and made noodles, sauted in a little olive oil, then add fresh minced garlic and pesto mixed through. Also have spiralized and then cut carrots and zucchini to use in a stir fry.
