Ling - what can I do with him?

Got a fat Ling fillet from Countdown (of all places LOL) - shall I fry it, salad it or even bake it? Lets get some ideas please.

Hopefully I was not too environmentally un-concious?

dust with flour and fry in a 50/50 butter and oil with salard and a little lemon juice yummy

Best fish for curry or chinese stir-fry, it is a firm fish and doesnt break up, when husband goes out fishing no-one likes it much, it has a slimey skin but he always brings me some home.
