we were given some kingfish and I have no idea of the best way to cook it. I don't want to spoil it any ideas please

I like it cooked simply, just fried and then lemon juice. Don't overcook it or it has a funny texture, sort of sticks to your teeth. I prefer fillets to steaks.

Is it steaked? Either way nestle into some baking paper and top with whatever you fancy - wine, butter, fresh herbs a dash of garlic or some thai spices, enclose and bake. Yum.
