flour, water and salt. Make into a hard dough and knead well!
Flatten out and cut into strips. Pick up a strip and tear off bits and flatten a bit and place into boiling pot. Don't place 1 on top of the other or they will stick together.

Dumplings sound nicer especially herb ones!
