bunches of bananas-what easy recipes can i do that dont have egg? and freeze well? Im stuck for ideas

No eggs poses a problem. I would just stick the bananas skin and all in the freezer, then you can use them at a later date and frozen bananas make the best banana cake.

Banana Loaf (For TradeMe)
1/2c butter or oil or marg 1c sugar 1&1/2c flour 1tsp b/soda 1tsp salt 3 mashed bananas 1tsp vanilla essence choc chips (opt)
Cream butter & sugar, addd vanilla. Sift in flour, b/spda & salt. Blend in bananas. Stir in choc chips. Pour into loaf tin. Bake approx 1 hr (keep checking) @ 165.

Mash 4 bananas, add enough milk to thin them. Add 2c SR flour and 1/2c white sugar. Add more milk if needed. Bake in muffin pans about 15mins. Voila, banana muffins.
