Cold finger food that can be made the day before??

I'm taking a large group to Rainbows end for my Daughters birthday. (adults, teens and kids) I need some food ideas that I can make the day before, don't need heating and travel well. Thanks :-)

mini sausage rolls, pizza slices , make up some slice ie ginger crunch or some biscuits etc or Make up a platter box of bits and pieces , pack some margarine , couple of packs of bread rolls and make rolls there. Also pack up a selection of different fruit - apples , bananas etc. Above all have fun !!
