I have my sauce on the stove at the moment.I wasn't sure if I scooped the tomato skins off before I blended the sauce.

Skins will come off when you put through sieve or blender.

It has been on the boil for 2 1/2 hours and the skins are floating to the top.I was wondering if I scoop them off or blend them.
