Good morning guys. I've just discovered that I've misread the use by date on the Tegal ready stuffed chicken (the one in an ovenbag), and it should have been cooked by the 15th. I've put it in the slow cooker and will give it 7 or 8 hours, but do you think it will be safe to eat? I'm really annoyed with myself!

Problem solved. Started cooking it but thought better of it and biffed it.
