Using fresh tomatoes from our garden. My mum made this when we were kids it was so nice. Iremember it had onion in it . Any ideas much appreciated. Thanks.

I'd just use sausages, whole or chopped tomatoes, seasoning, beef stock, tsp dry mustard,onions. Cover with water & cook in a covered casserole dish for approx 1 hr @ 160. When cooked thicken with cornflour & return to oven with lid off to heat through.
