10 Minute Chocolate Fudge Slice
Place 150g butter, 2tbsp cocoa, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 lge tbsp golden syrup into bowl and microwave on medium until melted together. Stir in 11/2 cups flour, 11/2 tsp baking powder, 3/4 cup coconut, handful of nuts or dried fruit (optional). Press into slice tin and bake 190C for 10 minutes, no more. Cool in tin, ice as usual.
