No, mixed spice is, as it says, a mix of different spices, whereas allspice is actually a single spice berry, known by a few other names including pimenta.

Aghh bugger, got the wrong one.I couldn't find mixed spice so assumed they were the same thing.

Have you got many spices - you can make your own mixed spice. Here's one recipe, but there are plenty of others if you google it. 1 teaspoon ground allspice 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground cloves 1 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 3/4 teaspoon grated or ground nutmeg pinch black pepper
