I have about 10 in the garden that need to be harvested. Can I freeze them? and how would I go about it? help much appreciated. :o)

Cut them into strips or rings.Put them in a freezer bag.When they are frozen take them out and bash the bag gently with your fists to free flow them.They don't need blanching.
