Does anyone have an idea how the parmesan egg recipe was done please? I think it was deep fried? I have looked on the site but only a few of the recipes are there. Thanks

Yes, far too quick for me last night. I am interested in the deep fried eggs too - wonder how they did that? Maybe more recipes will be up tomorrow?

I think it was poached lightly first to give it shape.The crusty parmesan coating looked tasty, but what a fiddle for the incredible edible egg ;)
