DYC BBQ Sauce 1 finely diced onion 2 tsp oil ¼ cup DYC Malt Vinegar ¼ cup brown sugar 2 tsp Worcester sauce 1 cup tomato sauce 1 tsp dried mustard Salt and pepper to tasteSauté onion in oil.Combine all ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Makes 1 ¼ cups.Use as a baste or sauce.
