I am doing finger food dessert for a meal on Monday.
I was thinking

1. Neenish Tarts (I make them with my eyes closed, and already have to tart cases in the freezer).
2. I also put lemon curd into the tart cases...

but I am looking for a third idea... of a filling for the tart cases...
ideas please

Blend some cream cheese (not light) with some whipped cream and fold through some homemade or Anathoth or similar raspberry jam.Alternatively, some passionfruit pulp slightly sweetened. Spoon into cases.
