My Fridge is "on the way out" - freezing / icing up at the back. And now I find my eggs were too far back on fridge tray and have frozen! Can I use them once "defrosted"?

There is no need to keep your eggs in the fridge. We keep ours in the pantry and have never had a problem.

defrost them and do a full days baking.

use for baking only not frying poaching or boiling.

They would be fine for scrambled.

Eggs can be frozen, if you have a surplus.Break them into patty pans, pop in freezer, when frozen pop into bags. They are still fine for all sorts of cooking.
