Freezing Icing?

I have just made a cake and iced it with Cream Cheese Icing.Has Cream Cheese, Icing Sugar, Butter and Lemon Juice in it.I made far too much.Would it be okay to freeze and use later?Thanks

Yes I would try to freeze it.I have frozen pieces of cake with icing on top in the freezer and they come out quite okay, you can not tell the difference.

It probably wont freeze, but the freezer is the best place to keep it, not usre how long it will last, maybe up to 3 weeks

I freeze excess icing & it's fine. Haven't frozen icing with cream cheese, but should be ok. Will probably need a good mixig when thawed.
