DRY ROAST BEEF! WHAT CAN I MAKE?

I have managed to slice it really thin for sandwiches but I have heaps left.has anyone got any great ideas of how I can use it for a nice dinner.

mince it and make a shepards pie. Thats mince with mashed potato top cooked in the oven:)

Freeze for sandwiches or serve it with roast veggies and gravy!

Make gravy and add the beef to that....will be nice and moist and tender

Ideas for leftover roast beef.
To two cups mashed potato,add salt and white pepper,the yolks of two eggs and a drizzle of mint sauce Beat together until very creamy.
Form this mixture into a border in a baking dish. Score the top with fork to peak.. Chop up your beef into slices and then into bite size pieces.
Spread some grated onion on top,a sprinkle of fine chopped parsley and salt and pepper. drizzle enough beef stock to moisten it well.
Place the meat inside of the potato border and brown lightly in a hot oven.This is Fishers recipe. Or you can slice up cold meat put into a large frying pan make up a gravy pour it over and gently heat through for another meal, or layer meat in gravy in a container, cool and freeze for a non cook day.
