Could someone please help me -on the omelette maker I have just inherited there are two raised marks on opposite sides of the bottom half of the machine.I assume these are the maximum level but is it the lower raised mark or the upper that is the max??I know I could suck and see but just wanted to avoid the mess :-) Thanks.

Taking a guess - upper to be maximum, lower minimum. Stick to your normal frypan for best omelette.

Thanks Jessie981 - I should have been able to work that one out ha ha.Tried it - they were OK - but I agree too much mucking around, fiddly bits to clean for nothing better than the frypan version.Although they were both the same size and shape ha ha (but too small and not enough filling.Cheers.
