My tomatoe relish recipe says to cook for 1 1/2 hours. If I am doing a triple lot how long should I cook for please?

Same length of time or say half hour longer but it will be better in a preserving pan to give a good wide surface for the vinegar to evaporate.Taste it before bottling and if it tastes too vinegary, boil it a little longer.
