Spaghetti bolognaise

Today I made spaghetti bolognaise but with a difference,most of the ingredients camestraight from the garden (o.k. not mine ) everything was so wonderfully fresh.Question is I didn't know how to thicken the sauce in say a natural way can anyone please advise me. Many thanks.

just let it simmer down and thicken

btw i recommend a tablespoon of brown sugar - it really brings out the tomato flavour :)
