Im not sure how this happened (usually it gets gobbled down!!!) but we have about 300-400 grams of smked shaved ham left. Any ideas as to what I can use it for....ideally some dinner tips would be good???? Ive already thought Pizza...but just wondering if there was some other ideas out there....Its hot here in the Hawkes Bay so something thats not too much work in this heat!!! hahaha I know...LAZY day today!!!

A platter for dinner?Different cheeses, breads, pickles, ham, sundried tomatoes etc.
Ham and salad rolls or wraps
Creamy pasta with ham mixed into it
Quiche with ham
Potato bake or oakhill potatoes with ham in it
Ham, cheese and pineapple toasties
