Eifel Chicken

pancakes recipe for trade me members.
First cook the best roast chicken recipe and as it flies past you head on the way to the table grab a wing and a leg. Pop both in a blender along with 2 kg's brussell sprouts, small dash of wine (keep the rest of the bottle of wine for after), 5 cups of flour, 1 cup of salt (epsom or plain is fine - you choose) 50 g melted marg (dnt waste the best butter). Blend all together and if too dry add some dishwater till the right consistency is achieved.
Remove from blender and place on a floured board. Form into several small "patties" and flattened to the size of a pancake. Once you are at that stage you will need to grind up some chicken feathers and add the best caramel sauce to it. Than roll your chicken balls in this and deep fry at 500 degrees for approx 40 mins. Remove from oil and drain for a quick second.
Now is the time to start plating, place down one chicken ball, top with a slice of squirrel slice and repeat until 60 cm high. Now to stock this remarkable structure from falling over you will need to cover with remaing caramel sauce - that should keep it in place. Now just before serving give it a quick flash of heat with one of those kitchen blow torch thingos, pop a lovely piece of poison ivy on the side and a small dallop of creme fraiche and there you have (but not for long) Bon a petite! !
