im making a huge choc cake and have 2 packets of the aunt bettys (i think) frosting - it is not enough how can i make this go further ? can i add more egg/icing sugar or anything! ! ? ? ? ? need to ice in 1 hr! ! !

sorry this will be too late, but I would have added some soft butter and more icing sugar. It's really easy to make your own frosting seez1. I made cream cheese icing last night: 100g cream cheese, 50g butter, 1 cup icing sugar and some vanilla essence. Soften cream cheese and butter then beat together, add icing sugar and beat some more with the vanilla essence.
