Hey all. I want to make the terekyi chicken recipe that was on world kitchen. I don't want to use sake or anything with alcohol in it. What could I use instead? TIA

You could use rice vinegar - Not sure if it would change the flavor too much though..

Its a sweet Japanese cooking Wine - You could replace with a sweet grape juice or similar..
