Wouldn't you cook them in the smaller tins. Check l/h message board, enter mini muffins, date posted -anytme. Have checked there are recipes there.

I just use any muffin recipie or cake recipie & put it into the mini muffin trays

Try this... Put into a bowl.... One coffee mug of self-raising flour and One coffee mug of grated cheese, and a little pepper.Break an egg into the coffee mug and top up with milk.Add this to the dry ingredients and mix to just combine.Then fill mini muffin trays to about threequarters full.One takes about 5 minutes to cook - Keep an eye on them and when cooked turn out into a clean teatowel.Serve as is or cut half way through and put butter or cream cheese with capsicum strip or smoked salmon & dill on the top...Any savory topping is good for finger food. A yummy, easy treat.Make bigger ones too if you want.
