Any one know a easy quiche Recipe

my friend usedc to make a quiche that was all in 1 and i cant seem to find it any where .it was good because you didnt have to make the pastry it was just all in one bowl . can any one help please

monkeybabe, I believe that the type of quiche you are referring to is known as the 'self-crusting' type of quiche.There have been lots of recipes for both that and the pastry-based quiche posted here on this Trademe MB so try doing a search using e.g. self crusting quiche as the Keywords and Anytime as the Date posted option - you should find an interesting variety of recipes.

Self Crusting Quiche
3 eggs
100gr melted butter
1/4c flour
1c milk
100gr diced ham or bacon
3 spring onions - chopped
1c grated tasty cheese
freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 160. Grease a large pie dish
Place eggs, butter or margarine, flour & milk in a bowl & beat well
Stir in other ingredients & pour into pie dish
Bake 1 hour until set & golden brown.

I use this one: 3 eggs, 1 c flour, 1 c cheese and extra ingredients. For the extra ingredients, I add either chopped, cooked bacon or leftover cold meat. I also slightly microwave a small bag of frozen vegetables and add that to the mixture. Salt and pepper etc. Bake at 180degrees C for about 30 mins

Called an Impossible pie at times. Yummy though and mine is similar but use self raising flour.
