Recipie for Hot Cocoa?

I want to make a jar of drinking cocoa out of cocoa, milk powder and sugar, that you can just add water to, as you would with instant coffee.

I'm wondering if some kind person might be able to tell me the correct proportions? It's for my mum to take to work with her, it's not my thing so i don't know how it's meant to taste!

I've tried the search engine to the left, but can't find something that "fits".

Thanks very much!

Cocoa is stronger than Drinking Chocolate & D.C is sweeter so wouldn't need as much sugar as Cocoa.
Years ago we only had Cocoa & from memory was 1tsp Cocoa to whatever was your preferred amount of sugar. Made either with boiling water & cold milk or hot milk.

Nicer made with all milk.

if its made using cocoa powder then the recipe is: 1tsp cocoa, 2tsps sugar and 1Tbsp milk powder, mixed well.
We make it as milo for guides, in that quantity. Needs to be kept in an airtight container tho.

mix together

2 cups dry milk powder
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa (good quality will give a better flavour)

add2-3 tsps (to taste) to hot water
