Going to make apricot chicken 2morrow night but was just wondering if i could use fresh apricots(have heaps to use up) instead of the can apricots??Cheers!

YES!!!!!If uncooked just add tiny bit more liquid. They will release their juice to make more liquid.

Yes - though the canned fruits usually include sugar in the syrup, you could add a little to the recipe if you wanted to - brown sugar would enhance flavours.
