I'm a regular reader here and get a lot of great tips and recipes so thank you all and happy new year! I have read on here before I think that you can freeze cheese but just wanted to check if I can freeze unopened feta cheese or would it go watery ?

Yes it freezes fine.It is a watery cheese anyway, mostly having a good amount of whey in the packaging to keep it moist. But to answer the does it go any more watery? no, defrosts the same as it went in.
