I printed off a thread that had all of the yummy truffle recipies on. I came across a couple with Gingernuts. Can I use the Couplands gingernuts in these recipies, and I don't have crystalised ginger. I have the powdered ginger, can I use that instead and how much? TIA

Just use the gingernuts. Ground ginger can be a bit bitter. Couplands ones will be fine, just not as tasty.
