i just do our fish in flour mixed with lemon pepper then fried in butter...

Dredge it in seasoned flour then add a couple of tbsp of chilli oil to pan heat and add fish cook till brown on both sides and serve with homemade wedges and salad! NOMNOM

Fresh red cod isn't too bad I reckon better than the blue cod. Nice in egg and breadcrumbs but best smoked and into a fish pie.

I like Basa fish,covered with crumbs and shallow fry in a little oil.
